Additional Fees. All fees are taxable. If you need to add additional amenities after booking please ask at least 1 week prior to your arrival date in order to properly add to your reservation. $20 per night extra charge to heat the pool (please ask). $150 pet fee per pet (please ask if interested, 2 pet maximum). We ask that you please keep in mind that this is a residential area and there is a 10 pm noise ordinance at this residence. Please no added guests which are not already approved on the reservation. No Parties Allowed and Please No Smoking Allowed.
CANCELLATIONS: For any cancellation notification received more than 60 days prior to occupancy; a refund minus a $250 cancellation fee will be issued. If the reservation is canceled less than 60 days, but more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, a 50% refund will be issued. No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within 30 days of your check-in date.
