Oceanside Rentals is a boutique property management company, offering exceptional service to our homeowners and guests for vacation, seasonal, and annual rentals.


Founded in 2014 by Kaelyn Rhodes, Oceanside Rentals, LLC has been helping homeowners connect with guests for vacation home rentals that are memorable, fun, and affordable!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in sunny Naples, Florida; you’ve come to the right place! With 21 properties under our care for vacation, seasonal, and annual rentals, we’re confident that we can meet and exceed your needs for an enjoyable stay. We manage properties that are right in the heart of Naples, from the gorgeous streets of Naples Park to Downtown Naples and 5th Avenue.


How it Works for Guests

It’s simple! Whether you found us on one of the 30 websites that our listings are on, or if you came directly to our website, we have done our best to make the booking process as painless as possible. Just select your dates and number of guests, and you’ll see all of the properties that we have available to rent. If you need help or have any questions, our number is right at the top of the page!

Once your booking is made, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a DocuSign Rental Policy Agreement (found here). After that, you will receive a second email containing the check-in details and other helpful information about your stay 24 hours prior to your check-in date, or at 8am on the day of.

FAQ for Guests:

  • How do we get into the house? Do we have to meet someone to get the keys?
    • Don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten you! We respect all of our guest’s safety and privacy, and as such, we do not provide exact addresses until 24 hours prior to your check-in.
    • We are happy to offer contactless check-ins! All of our properties have lockboxes or keyless entry codes that we will provide to you in that Check-in email.
  • How are the houses cared for/cleaned?
    • After every guest leaves, we have a professional cleaning crew that goes into the house to sanitize and tidy up for your arrival. This includes changing the bed linens, cleaning the dishes, doing the laundry. We also provide hand/dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee, and a binder with some helpful information about the Greater Naples Area, and some maps of the area.
    • If you discover any missing/broken items upon your arrival, please don’t hesitate to contact us at (239)228-6338, or after hours at (754)241-9216. We’re happy to correct any issues you might have.
  • Do you allow pets?
    • Most of our property owners do allow pets, but please refer to the property description for the house you’re interested in for their pet policy.
  • What are your fees?
    • Unlike other popular vacation booking sites, we do not charge any “Booking Fee.” However, there is a Cleaning Fee, a Damage Waiver Fee, Pet Fees, Early Check-in/Late Check out Fees, and Pool Heat Fees.
      • Cleaning Fee: Since we have a professional cleaning crew that goes in to sanitize and tidy up for every guest, we charge this so we can ensure that your stay is not only enjoyable, but also sanitary.
      • Damage Waiver Fee: The purpose of this fee is to help offset the cost of any disclosed damages that may occur before or during your stay.
      • Pet Fee: This is to cover additional cleaning costs/damage that may be caused by your pet.
      • Pool Heat Fee: It is expensive to heat thousands of gallons of water for any length of time, so we charge this fee to offset the energy costs.
      • Early Check-in/Late Check out Fee: As we often have back-to-back bookings and limited time to ensure that our cleaning crew can provide a thorough and comprehensive cleaning, we charge these fees as a penalty. While there are certainly exceptions, we ask that you try to stick to our standard Check-in/Check out times of 4pm and 11am, respectively.
